PSP1000 probably wont work because it doesnt have enough RAM for most prototypes. I havent tried on Vita to know if there is a function to enable the extra ram though. My guess is that is where the issue is. Also make sure to rename the BOOT.BIN to EBOOT.BIN if you didnt, I cant remember if PPSSPP loads either, but most later CFW only will read EBOOT.BIN, which is often blank on prototypes.

But doesn't "Do whatever you want" in reference to the psp mean that it is ok to request downloads of games that are no longer being sold? That is also covered in the rules.

No. Piracy of retail games or still available software has never been allowed here. We're not a warez site. Do whatever is in regards to development related materials.
