I am in the process sending it back. He will check the traces. The board did work before so it should be a cap or trace issue I hope.

Hi, I was reading your topic for the recapped SegaCD model 1. I have the same problem, did your guy fixed the board? Were there any damaged traces after recapping the board? Thanks!
