    SnPb is just the material (I.E. Tin/Lead - not RoHS) - I just asked our rework guy and has had very good results with the Amtech solder spheres. For thermal grease, we use this stuff - https://www.microsi.com/product/x23-7762/ - we started using it because it was recommended in the Intel thermal design guide, but it works so well we ended up using it for everything.
