¿Can the coming of Panzer Dragoon Orta to XBOX originals revive the franchise?

It seems like I read this before, who the hell compared it to Mass Effect? Doesn't even make sense to me.

 

I know a bunch of reviewers docked it points since it isn't "as innovative" as Mass Effect. And then all your casuals than ran out and bought it are like, "Its not as good as Mass Effect!"

Ah, I can see it now:
