So I pulled out my old xbox and put coinops on it to put it in an arcade machine it has a xenium ice chip and a 350gb hard drive I couldn't find a way to get it to have one larger partition rather than a bunch of small ones it is a 1.6 also should I just find an older one and soft mod it?
When open xbpartitioner I get a warning that says lba48 info not found custom partitions will not work with this bios update your bios to one which supports at least lba48 version 2 press y to continue or any other button to abort
That means the BIOS that you are booting from your xenium ice is very outdated and you need to use a newer one. I recommend x2 5035
Ok that is what I was thinking but to update my bios I need to go into xenium os which I believe I used to be able to do by pressing the eject button to power on and if I do that now it powers on but the screen stays blank
I got my bios updated I had to do a recovery for the xenium os now I don't get that message when opening xbpartitioner so I should be able to get it all to work now thank you
