since we had a little talk about that i checked and sony officially anounced in 2004 that it had sold 100 million playstation on may 18 2004 official presstext so was there a special edition made like for the 10 million ?
For 10million, yes there was a special edition made. They reached that mark in 1998. Only 100 were made and 1000 spare controllers were made too. All it is just a SCPH-7001 in a midnight blue case, and so is the dualshock analog controller.
Well if every other console producer made such shitty quality units then maybe they would sell 100 million as well. I wonder just what % of those 100 million are actually replacement consoles? Yakumo
Lol, yeh its quite funny, especially when madhatter256 stated that they made "1000 spare controllers" to go with 100 limited consoles!!!!!! ...I guess they weren't feeling to confident! h:
