No, this ain't spam. Has anyone else living in Japan (or elsewhere?) heard of or seen some graffiti, tagging, stencils, etc of the word "SWAY"? I'm seeing this more and more on walls/poles/post boxes around my (admittedly very small) city, and I'm just curious what it means, whether it's local or more widespread, whether it's some kind of political (ha ha, yeah right) movement or whatever. The word is sometimes accompanied by the number 197, either in numerical script, or sometimes in kanji. It's puzzling me, that's all.
