2 basket case Sega CDs Help.

Both units are model 2.
The first one turns on and runs fine but shut off the the genesis or even disconnect it and the CD still runs until I pull the plug
The second one works but the screen rolls badly, it also seems to gave some water damage.

Any suggestions? Thanks
