20 Pin PC Power Supply , bridge these 2 pins to turn it on ?

    howdy members , i got this 20 Pin PC Power Supply and i plugged it in and the fan doesn't spin and i get no reading with my DMM from the Molex connectors. If i'm correct i need to bridge pins 13 and 14 together to turn on the PSU.

    is that right ?

    btw this won't be for PC use but for my Vewlix Clone..............

    green wire to ground.

    PS_on pulled low powers on the psu
