240p output on 3DO with BT9103 encoder

On 3DO, the video encoder produces the video sync signals (unlike a lot of other consoles where the VDP produces the sync). US models of 3DO with the BT9101 encoder are unable to produce a 240p video signal AFAIK. The new mod can produce its own 240p signal which will hopefully allow people to play their games in 240p on this model of 3DO.
