    I think V1/2 was an NTSC U/C exclusive. You can use a V3 unit though

    yup, so the V1 and V2 are confirm 120V.... V3 onwards 240V

    I remember reading that v0 is JP exclusive, v1/2 is NTSC U/C only, v3 is NTSC-U/C and PAL only, V4 being the first all region hardware (and also the first to have a limited edition version)
