I've managed to get ahold of an Xtender some time ago and now an Enigmah - mainly for historical preservation and a bit of an obscure collection (modchips of all sorts) I have going.

In this case I'd like to try using it to recover bad TSOP flashes but there aren't any installation diagrams past v1.0. Does anyone know if this is because the 11 wire chips came out superceding the 29 wire models or because Microsoft redesigned the 1.1 and above to be incompatible with 29 wire chips?

To the best of my knowledge they basically were TSOP replacements as opposed to hijacking the boot sequence by ground d0 and booting from the LPC bus. I wouldn't mind trying my hand at making my own installation diagrams but I don't begin to have the appropriate information on hand about the XBox mobos.

Guess I'll start by reverse engineering the chip and installation diagrams as they exist.

Pretty sure it was just a case of 11 wire and LPC chips were hell of a lot easier and provided the same abilities...

Only reason to install a 29 wire after that, was to recover a bad flash.

If you are capable of removing and refitting the tsop - I could reflash it for you.

I don't have any bad TSOP flashed XBoxes on hand atm, was more of having the tools on hand before I needed them knowing I'll get use from them.

I'll keep your offer in mind.
