2nd hand PS3 20GB

Anyone know offhand what a second hand 20GB PS3 costs on the high street in Akihabara/central Tokyo? Yahoo.jp has some random prices from 円30k to a shocking 円50k

Surely a second hand 20GB one shouldn't cost ~£200? I might as well buy a brand new 80GB for another £80.

I literally just want a loose 20GB PS3, condition doesn't matter as long as it works.
