Hello all, I'm having problems trying to format my hard drive what is a 2TB. I have flashed the bios with evox M8+ F and G bios onto my mod chip and used XBPartitioner 1.3 to Partition the hard drive using this tutorial from this site http://www.xbmc4xbox.org.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=649 But when i look at file manger in XBMC it's showing: C: 329 MB free E: 3922 MB free F: 492224 MB free G: Unavailable After doing some looking up people say the bios evox M8+ don don't support 2TB. Is this right and is their any way fixing this? Thanks
Should be set to 'G gets the rest', but having 2TB is just asking for issues anyway. 1TB is way more than enough.
I only put the hard drive into my Xbox and put it all together. 1TB is not enough as i do have a 750GB hard drive in a xbox and it fills up very fast by games and programs.
You won't be playing 750GB of games at the same time. Having a close to full drive can cause corruption of saves anyway. If 1TB isn't enough, buy an X-tender kit, and have two 1TB disks.
Just did the same to one of my xboxs. There was some kind of issue with the partition software in certain versions, had to drop the size so it would see it, then load mother version and increase f and g to get the full 2tb. Im pretty full at 2 TV, wishing I hadn't tossed my xtender kit years ago.
