3 more Resident Evil games for the Wii are coming

One is a sequel to Umbrella Chronicles called Dark Chronicles that takes place during RE2 with Claire's and Leon's scenario.

The other two are the ports of RE0 and REmake that Japan got a little while ago, which will be priced at $30 US.

You should be able to find info on Dark Chronicles on REhorror.net, and the English Wii ports should be on Kotaku (I am at school right now, so I cannot check).

 

What they should do is give RE2 the same overhaul they gave RE1 on the Gamecube.

They were hinting at a game involving RE2 for awhile on the Wii, but I am guessing this is it. Very dissapointing, since the Wii seems to be plagued with rails shooters.

Yeah, the rail shooters part is weird. I guess there okay but now even Dead Space is one.

 

I'll be interested in Dark Chronicles. The outsourced team behind the first game really got some very impressive visuals out of the Wii. Let's hope they do the same for the follow up or are Capcom actually doing this game in-house?

I read that it used the Doom 3 engine (id tech 4 I think), anyone know if that's true?

 

Capcom is saving that for the PS3/360.

If they did do it I hope it's not on the Wii. Forgot to mention that part...lol. How would Wii controls even work into that style of game?? I know there doing it with 0 and 1.
