Here is what the 32 is doing. Seems to play games fine just vertical all over. I gave both cart slots a good clean and still get the lines with 32x games. Genesis games seem to work fine with no lines. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Try plugging the av cable into the genesis, if the video is clean (aside from the missing 32x sprites of course) then the 32x probably has vram problems, otherwise I would suspect a genesis compatibility issue. BTW which genesis are you using, I have found a lot of weird bugs happen when using some versions of the genesis 1.
Could be the video cable with noise. Depending if you're using a high quality cable, could be as simple as that.
Video comes out clean so I guess the 32x has an issue. I tried this out on my model 1 and model 2 genesis. If the AV cable is in the 32x Genesis game run fine with no lines. I tried swapping cable but got the same lines. I guess the 32x is just faulty. I don't have any issue with games stalling either. They seem to be running fine. Doom run and I only get the lines in the boxed gameplay screen the out edge has no lines at all. Knuckle Chaotix has the lines in when the sprites are on the screen. I guess this isn't something a full cap replacement could fix huh? That was going to be my next try. Also wanted to say thanks for the replies I appreciate the help.
