What 360 achivement are you proud of achiving. Just list the game is comes from, the name of the achivement, and how you obtain it.
That's difficult. I am kinda proud of my 49/50 on Viva Pinata- I don't think I care enough to get the 50h playtime achievement =P Chuffed that I completed every World Tour event in Pure at 1st place- hence getting the associated achievements. That was a game that I expected to SUCK, but was really damn good.
Most recently it would be me getting 1000/1000 achievement completion on Final Fantasy 13, took a little over 100 hours cause of the damn Treasure Hunter achievement ( Hold every weapon and accessory in the game). I was quite proud a couple years ago when Gears of War was still new and i got my Seriously..... ( 10,000 ranked kills) achievement, and eventually ended up getting all 1000 from that game. Really any difficult or time consuming achievement that shows general dedication and skill is a reason to be proud i guess. Its a shame you arent counting WoW achievements, ive got tons of those im proud of . I need to get a life:nod:.
Earth Defense Force 2017 This game is insanely hard. Took about 80 hours to finish on every dificult level.
I'd say none. I like achievements but in the games i've played there are stuff that i do whether by accident or through being good at the game which you can't get in achievements even though i would like to. I mean like in DiRT 2 there have been times where i'd skilfully dodged several ai cars by inches when they had crashed on a jump or overtook several cars on one corner whilst they were battling with each other. I haven't gotten achievements for them even though they are more satisfying than say getting to level 50 by actually playing the game for a long time and they can show that you are somewhat skilled because sometimes you need to react within less than a second to avoid crashing and you need to be able to get past opponents even when there is little or no space to do so on track.
Let's see: 1000/1000 on Lego Batman/Indy/Indy 2/Star Wars 500 note streak on Guitar Hero II (I never want to hear Heart Shaped Box again) "A Real Challenge" on Bionic Commando Rearmed 1000/1000 on Hitman: Blood Money
Probably killing 200 Wookies in Star Wars the Force Unleashed. Playing as Darth Vader and tossing Wookies like rag dolls... doesn't get much better than that...
Bladder of steel on rockband 2, you have to play every song in the game (theres a lot) one after the other without pausing or failing, you can't cheat either as pressing the guide button to pause stops you getting the achievement. Took all evening to get & nearly had kidney damage as i needed to pee real bad lol.
I really don't understand the whole achievement thing. I play games to have fun, not to have a little window pop up saying I've taken a shit 52,000 times in the game.
I was gonna thinking about creating a topic about this. Do you go on a crazy pursuit of Achievements / Trophies? I'm not crazy about them. It's cool when you accomplish something on the game, but most people just are show offs. I mean, i won't play the whole a game all over again just to get the damn thing. Even if i like the game a lot. Some people play it to death just to get the highest achievement / platinum trophy and then get rid of the game. They don't enjoy the experience of playing the game, it's story and cool stuff. Plus some of the trophies are really lame. After Burner Climax has "Do a barrel roll" and "Activate Climax mode". You do that countless times on it! Within less than a minute playing the game, you already get those. I'm glad GT5P doesn't have any trophies, and i hope GT5 doesn't either. Anyway, i like the Killzone 2 multiplayer ribbons / medals, as they help the learning curve of the online game and keep the people playing more as a team. As you progress, both in online points and medals, it unlocks extra features for each class.
I don't really care that much about achievements, they're nice to get, but I don't really go out of my way to get some stupid and frustrating ones. Some people seriously say they can't play games on previous gens because they don't have achievements  Can't think of any that I'm particularly proud of...though I am kinda proud of getting the Epic Win achievement (win with 1 HP remaining) in Puzzle Quest 2 and getting past Escalation wave 15 in Transformers: War for Cybertron yesterday. The only game I have 1000 points in is TMNT
My proudest would be this.... Veteran Capturer Completed 20 games of Capture with four players = 0g This was on Brothers in Arms. Sounds easy, play 20 games, in reality had to play/host well over 100 to get the mega glitchy zero 'g' achievement to pop, was well chuffed when it did, took about a year on and off, of play time tho
I've completed only After Burner Climax at 100% but that was easy. Otomedious G needs just one more achievement which is easy to get but will take FOREVER! I've also completed Forza 3 but need someone to buy a car and some designs from me That's a really stupid achievement if you ask me. Would anyone here be kind enough to buy my stuff? I have them listed at the lowest possible price. anyway, here's my 360 list. 26 Game(s) Played 9025 of 23850 Gamerscore Game Gamer Data Forza Motorsport 3 Last Played Online: 7/6/2010 885 of 1000 45 of 50 Achievements Transformers: WFC Last Played Online: 7/5/2010 135 of 1000 11 of 50 Achievements オトメディウスG (OTOMEDIUS G) Last Played Online: 6/23/2010 800 of 1000 12 of 13 Achievements RAYSTORM HD Last Played Online: 6/21/2010 60 of 200 5 of 12 Achievements Alan Wake Last Played Online: 6/14/2010 780 of 1000 44 of 50 Achievements Game Room Last Played Online: 6/13/2010 110 of 1000 10 of 56 Achievements After Burner Climax Last Played Online: 5/25/2010 200 of 200 12 of 12 Achievements Rocket Knight® Last Played Online: 5/25/2010 0 of 200 0 of 12 Achievements Virtua Fighter 5 Last Played Online: 5/20/2010 95 of 1000 6 of 32 Achievements NO MORE HEROES 英雄たちの楽園 Last Played Online: 5/9/2010 625 of 1000 30 of 50 Achievements ケツイ ~絆地獄たち~ EXTRA (KETSUI) Last Played Online: 4/26/2010 370 of 1000 25 of 50 Achievements Fallout 3 Last Played Online: 4/14/2010 150 of 1550 9 of 72 Achievements BioShock 2 Last Played Online: 4/5/2010 725 of 1150 37 of 53 Achievements 北斗無双 (FIST OF THE NORTH STAR) Last Played Online: 3/29/2010 355 of 1000 16 of 47 Achievements RESIDENT EVIL 5 Last Played Online: 3/20/2010 405 of 1400 27 of 70 Achievements The Beatles: Rock Band Last Played Online: 3/18/2010 205 of 1000 15 of 50 Achievements ESPGALUDA2 Last Played Online: 3/17/2010 230 of 1000 16 of 50 Achievements DEATHSMILES Last Played Online: 3/1/2010 600 of 1500 32 of 70 Achievements Turtles In Time RS Last Played Online: 2/10/2010 125 of 200 9 of 12 Achievements South Park Last Played Online: 2/8/2010 80 of 200 5 of 12 Achievements Ghostbusters Last Played Online: 1/24/2010 440 of 1000 23 of 50 Achievements BAYONETTA Last Played Online: 1/20/2010 645 of 1000 38 of 50 Achievements SEGA Rallyâ„¢ Last Played Online: 1/5/2010 190 of 1000 14 of 44 Achievements BioShock Last Played Online: 1/4/2010 380 of 1000 22 of 50 Achievements 虫姫さまふたり (MUSHI HIMESAMA) Last Played Online: 12/27/2009 430 of 1250 33 of 60 Achievements Guitar Hero III (Put this on one, decided it was wank then sold it) Last Played Online: 11/23/2009 5 of 1000 1 of 59 Achievements Yakumo
In 'Splotion Man: Master of Controls (10G): Master the mastery of controlling your controls. Just try to adjust the button configurations. One of the funniest achievements arround.
I'd say Mr. Perfect on Megaman 10 (complete the game without getting hit) is the achievement I enjoyed getting most, it was also the last game where I actively bothered going after all the achievements (I've kinda gone off unlocking them for most games)
Buy a car from you? You mean the sell it on the auction house thing? That's easy, just put one of the useless price cars or something up for sale at a really low price, someone'll buy it eventually. At least there's no achievements for buying all the cars, that was the main thing keeping me from getting 1000 points in Forza 2. Going through the stores buying them one car at a time was just so damn repetitive. And what the hell, there's a South Park game on 360?
