   I run my HDMI DVD player to my TV via a HDMI-DVI cable with a SPDIF cable for sound, works perfectly.

   If my 360 had HDMI, I'd use DVI on my monitor for it too. But until I have a newer Xbox 360 console I won't worry about that.
