Hi. I have an xbox 360 slim manufactured in 2011 with the Liteon DG-16D46 FW:0225 HW:A0A0. Primarily what I would like to be able to do is make my console region free so that I can play retail imports. I also like the idea of being able to play ISO's from a USB drive.

What options do I have? Any input is much appreciated,
    Chris

if you don't intended on going online, you can RGH your slim, this way you can play region free games and do everything from the harddrive.

If you want to keep the online functionality, you can flash the drive, but that wont necessarily mean you can play region imports.

All flashing the drive does is disable the check for a pressed disc or something but everything else remains the same.
AKA nop not region free bruh bruh.

I was considering the RHG. Sounded like the best option as homebrew is kinda infinite in possibilities. I don't intend to go online at all.

Can anyone recommend which chip to get?

Yeah it was the last chip team-xecuter produced, If you install it good and get it just right you can get it to boot just like a retail console.

Ok. So is it more complicated than installing any other mod chip?

They are all pretty much the same, you are paying for the quality of the chip.

Some have the dual nand feature, which is neat.
