Wow, Microsoft really have ripped off the Nintendo Mii, huh?

 

My avatar looks closer to me than my Mii does, So It might be a ripoff, but its a good ripoff.

 

Pretty much, but at the same time, not really, if it makes any sense. I think right now Mii's are more fun because you can make multiple ones. Right now it doesn't seem like you can do anything with the Avatars except throw them in a game or two. There's no Mii channel type thing or anything like that. You can spin your guys head around with the right stick...thats about it and noone else can see it. Kind of pointless I think.

 

it might be a rip off, but it's a rip off with Xbox Live which immediately makes it a lot better. i'm sure they'll make more stuff for the avatars. but i'm too busy playing Left 4 Dead to care right now.

 

I actually found out how to make my avatar Burp, Pretty cool.

you have a lot more freedom with the miis. You can adjust the tilt of the nose mouth eyebrows ETC. and you can make more than one. Miis became a game of it's self with my friends and I. So that sucks.
