    Not promoting piracy, just curious if everyone saw the new drive passthrough device for using a USB drive? Pretty snazzy contraption, guess it sits between the SATA communication of the original drive and the 360 and just hijacks some data requests to itself, eliminating the need to extract keys etc

    I really hope this is true, this would be a def must buy! I hate changing carrying/cds everywhere. I can already see my 360 modded with this babe and an internal hdd..

    Skeptical. A full linux computer emulating the dvd drive.

    You would need to load it with isos or whatever and you'd be at their
    mercy for each firmware update to the drive ms pushes out there.

    I'd be skeptical if there werent already similar drive passthrough devices for the wii

    Devil360. Right but that was flawed from the start. This actually has some parts to it that make sense. Devil360 was an exploit to the system. This is actually attacking a vunerability that has been known and could even be reverse engineered using the right equipment. (dvd emu devkit anyone?)
