3D0 FZ-1 (Front Loader) - Rare?

Hi Folks,

can someone fill me in how much a 3do FZ-1 in very good condition should go for? I assume that box is more rare than subsequent 3do's, but not if its actually considered a rare collector item...

I always thought Sanyo TRY is more rare?
at leaset on Yahoo Japan TRY demands more money than others...

 

CIB/MIB should be about $30 to $40 if you are lucky.

No box but good condition should be $5 to $10

Of course, this is if you have no games, just the system, controller, and wires. The FZ-1 3DO is not rare.

 

30 bucks seems like the right price for a loose one with hookups and a controller.

 

They appear to be selling for more like $50-60 on ebay CIB.

I agree on the $30 loose.

 

eBay is not always accurate. If we are going by ebay, then your next car should cost fifty cents right?

If you want to pay $30 for a loose 3DO, by all means go ahead. But I'm telling you that's not what it's worth Maybe I was harsh with the $10, but I would pay $15 max loose, but good condition, FZ-1 3DO. That is Console, Controller, and wires. No games.

 

Loose fz-1 system with all hookups and one controller, my estimate would be $20. the older (shiny top) model might go for a little more as they are more rare. But like stated above, the fz-1 is definetly not a rare system. dont pay more than 40-50 or unless you are crazy

a boxed complete system might be worth 50+ depending on condition and region of the machine.

 

Boxed versions sell for about 60e if they ever turn up on ebay.nl (about once a year). I bought a Japanese FZ-1 at Hard-Off but had to leave it behind as the thing's heavy as hell... well I got a FZ-10 anyways

 

thanks for all the useful advice -- i was under the impression that it wasn't sold very often at all these days, drawing wrong conclusions.
