Anyone have any 3do homebrew or hacks? I came across the nes emu, but it's not really at a playable state. There is a need for speed hack that has faster cars and a source code hack of doom that has some improvements.

Rastersoft's Frog Feast. (Whatever system you name, there's a very high probability FF is already on it...) Actually, nope. Could've sworn they even released the source... Seems I was mistaken. The 3DO port was announced but never showed up. But there is some stuff - a Rastersoft invades the 3DO demo, a "bounce" demo, as well as some dev tools - here.
