3DS Display/Demo Unit

    Does anybody know how to make a Demo Unit behave like a normal 3DS?

    It won't power on unless plugged in with a charger.

    Yes. Needs battery & charger to power on. It won't power on without the battery either. And once you plug it in to the charger, it automatically turns on. Turning it off will have it reboot again automatically. Other than that it's a regular 3DS. Can't find much info online about these. But having a 3DS that is stuck to a charger is much less useful.
