4X Technologies S.A 4X Movies Tools

Does anyone know where I can get these movie compression tools? I know Headhunter for Dreamcast used this compression method for its movies and I would like to study/use these tools.

thank you for the link those will come in handy. but I would really like to get ahold of the 4X SDK. I have googled for those but no luck.

 

There seems to be a compressor & a player in the linked directory... Isn't that enough ?

 

I like to have a complete solution if I can get it.
