Hey all, haven't been involved in the community in quite some time, but I've recently gotten quite a bit of an interest in getting back in the swing of things with my interest in preserving development assets and such.

Anywho, lets get down to brass tacks. I'm not even sure what price point I'm looking at yet or if this will be a fruitful venture, but I'd like to seek out what first-party development software, hardware, documents, and possibly even specific game related content like source code, debug builds, or first party betas might be floating around out there, ripe for the buying, from the 5th generation and back (i.e. N64, Saturn, PlayStation and older).

I'm particularly interested in software because I'm not sure if I'm at the financial position where I want to throw down the amount of cash a CartDev or old ZAX unit would run for, but in any case, I'm interested to see what is out there. Just to inform anyone reading, my intent for anything software and document related is to preserve and release the material for the purposes of research and hobby development. Hardware I would fully intend to first dissect, take pictures of internals, wiring, etc how they tick, and with any luck, be able to document their operation too.

For hardware, any hardware debuggers or utilities from Sega, Nintendo, or Sony would interest me, Nintendo including Intelligent Systems stuff obviously.

For software, any first party development tools or licensed third party (i.e. SN Systems, et al.)

Sorry for how broad this is, but if anyone has anything fitting the above descriptions that they'd like to offload, I'd be more than happy to see what sort of price point you're looking at and work out a deal that benefits everyone. Like I said though, I'm honestly not sure what the market for this stuff looks like these days, it's rare, but also very niche stuff, so it's hard for me personally to determine what price range things fall in, so sorry in advance if I'm taken aback by a particular price, I can't do much market research so I'm not sure what to expect myself. Thank you!
