Has anyone else done a topic on 64 Wars? If so, apologies for this. I did a forum search, but found nothing on the subject.

Anyone else a HUGE fan of Advance Wars on GBA? You know, Nintendo's millitary strategy game that has been going since the Famicom days.

Anyway, before Kujo raped the living daylights out of the series by creating the f***ing atrocious Battalion Wars, Hudson had apparently been working on an N64 version - one which was much more in line with the traditional turn-based strategy versions. Apparently was going to be compatible with the GB version, and you were supposed to be able to link to two together (I'm guessing like Pokemon and Pokemon Stadium could be).

Wow! Great scans! I'm surprised it was even STARTED!!!!

Anyway, it was not released for sure, and I really doubt a beta exists...

Anyway, the ONLY strategy game similar to Advance Wars on the N64 is Super Robot Taisen 64 / Super Robot Wars 64. It's great, but probably it may not be what you are looking for.

Advance Wars rocks. I would have bought a N64 just for that!
