8/16-bit arcade ports that were better than the originals

And that just makes it better than the whole awesome arcade shinobi? Don' t get me wrong, I really like sms shinobi, even more with FM tunes. Nut the arcasde was so much better in almost every category.

 

There's just something about the master system version I like more than the arcade.

Maybe it's the fact I can actually get past Mandara

Why has no one mentioned the lovely Pengo on the Megadrive or Gauntlet on the same machine?

 

Oh, and in the same step: Chelnov the atomic runner MD > AC.

 

The Lynx version is a port of the arcade and has better controls & less unfair enemy AI, but missing stages and enemy types.
