A belt whooping gone fucking wrong.

So when I was a child when I would do something horribly wrong my dad would whoop my ass ,but nothing like this :http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wl9y3SIPt7o. I'd probably get whooped only 5 to 7 times ,but this is gruesome.

 

I watched this a few days ago, and its pathetic that a adult could act like that, its clearly not a case of discipline but a case of assault.

Disciplining a 6-12 year old child is one thing, single soft smack to the rear, I can understand(not that I endorse it) but grabbing a belt and maliciously beating a 16 year old in the stomach and on her legs, with her BEGGING for sympathy, is a crime,this judge should get locked up for assault and child abuse!!!

Lets hope he gets whats coming to him and lands up in prison so that he can get assaulted by guys bigger than him.

You know what's really fucked up? The daughter had a mild form of cerebral palsy. So technically he spanked (with a belt) his disabled, 16 year old daughter. The daughter has also said that he did this regularly, and the wife even said he had a "secret addiction" to it.

Also, the statute of limitations has passed so there is a chance the father won't be facing any charges. It's shit like this that makes people lose respect for the law. Why should we listen to and obey the words of a judge who does this to their children on a regular basis?

I never got hit with a belt. That is just stupid. When I did something bad I would just get sent to the 'naughty corner'. Pretty boring wall I must say...

 

A good smack is perfectly fine but this is NOT a good smack, this is abuse. I smack my child if he's being very bad (After many verbal warnings). There's nothing wrong with a smack. The do gooders of this day and age that say a smack is wrong are making the world a worse place since there are those who couldn't give a shit about verbal punishment so they'll do bad things again and again. If you know you are going to get a smack which hurts you'll defiantly think twice. I once told my mum to Fuck Off when I was a teenager. My dad punched me in the face :lol: Oh, man. that really hurt but I never did tell my mum to fuck off ever again.

Anyway, as I said, a smack is fine but not a beating like this arse hole is doing. That's going way too far.

Yes you can. The lines between punishment and abuse are blurry, but if you spanking your child when you're angry, it's possibly abuse. If it's not, it's very likely to go that way and be out of your control. Let's face it... almost all of them. People are stupid. Do you trust yourself to make the judgement, especially when you the little fuck has pushed your buttons? I give me kid a whack on the back of the head w/ my fingers (not palm) but that's about it. He's confused, not hurt.

Our good friend the judge, at some point, probably administered spankings the correct way: impartially. But, as we can see, those days were gone at the time of this recording.

So, if you were out of line, should someone be allowed to give you a left hook? You would, after all, not do it again, right?

Some kids will also not respond to physical punishment, but that's a thread of it's own.

In over 200 years (documented by family stories about my great grandfather) we have NEVER ever used violence/physical abuse in my family on my fathers side, and there is NO way in bloody fucking hell I am going to raise my hand to my future child(ren) at ALL.

 

That's what people call abuse these days? Obviously it is uncool but it is nowhere near as bad as anything I or others got.

 

That is genuinely horrific, that man should be in prison.
It's not just 'do-gooders' who oppose hitting children. Often it's people who have had the shit kicked out of them as a child and realise that it's a fine line between a disciplinary smack and leaving a five year old crying in the corner begging for the beatings to stop....
