What file formats does the everdrive support? Secondly, with the master system pause button removed on later versions, will people with these versions not be able to use the Everdrive like people with the pause button or is there a fix coming for that? I've read that some games won't work properly with the pause button and I don't want to buy an inferior product. Finally, will all SD cards 2gb or under work with the everdrive or is there a particular card you should buy?
it'll play master system and megadrive games in .bin format. Also, for the SMS pause button, the pads and everything are there, you just have to install the button. KRIKzz has been having trouble sourcing them, so everything works just fine. SMS games will be playable even if you dont install the button. I've only used 2GB SanDisk cards, but pretty much all should work. The trick is to format it on the EverDrive itself and then copy everything onto it.

So let me get this straight. I buy the Genesis model, Format a 2g non hc card, load the card by simply dragging and dropping .gen files onto it. put it in my genesis and it lets me pick the game and play it? Does this also work for 32x?
Yes, and Yes. Though you may want to put files in folders, as there's a 127 or so limit of items the everdrive will display per folder. I just went and sorted everything alphabetically and have no issues.

One last question before i buy today. This will work on my USA Sega Genesis Model 2 with Sega CD and 32X attached? And will it play only USA games?
It will work just fine on your setup. You can patch the rom regions, or install a region switch if you want to play other region games. Also, many games don't have a region lock between japan and usa. I think the everdrive does also have an automatic region changer, but I don't know how well it works.
Seeing as you made it, I'll trust you on that one. However, every SMS game I run just goes to a black screen. Any reason why that might be? EDIT: Nevermind, I figured it out. Can't have the 32X in there when you want to play Master System games. ...My bad.
