I don't believe it either. Just b/c Konami ditches a project doesn't mean they give the assets to some 3rd party that's going to post it on Craigslist. In fact, I've never heard of a developer giving out ANY source unless they're licensing a port.
Just mailed him asking for photographic proof. I doubt its real just as I doubt that he will even respond to my request. I'll post anything if it is provided though.
Can't see it? I remember that in an interview with one of the developers he said some demos was made for the press because he said they recieved a good responce from it. That's my guess as to how somebody would have a copy? I would pay alot for it if I got the chance though.
I remember hearing about some GD-R that was for sale on some french site for 700 Euros... so I'm pretty sure that at least a beta exists... this listing seems pretty dodgy though.

Well I'm sure it was fake anyway as I don't understand how he could have acquired the assets to games that Konami are still selling/remaking..
