Hi there assembler! I have a few questions before I order a RGB kit from Etim. I am starting to play more and more NES, but the composite quality is just horrible. Therefore I have been looking at this RGB board from etim´s store: Link. However, I am not sure what to do about cables? I live in scart region, and was planning on using that as my connector, but both sets of scart cables are sold out on Etims store: Link. Is there an alternativ to something I could use when not owning a framemeister (yet). Thanks! - Madsmaten
you can do a variety of things, such as go with the SNES style multi out and use and SNES scart cable. since you can use any connector you want.
Could I buy this component kit -> http://etim.net.au/shop/shop.php?crn=203&rn=549&action=show_detail And then use something like this -> http://www.ebay.com/itm/3Ft-HDMI-to...782337?hash=item1ead6f7781:g:8-oAAOSwY45UTeCN Since my tv does not support 240p over Component.
And it won't I take it it doesn't do 240p over RGB either then? In that case you should get an RGB or component to HDMI transcoder that does support 240p. A Framemeister or OSSC would be the best choices, but there are cheaper alternatives, although with usually much worse results.
