A good NES ROM for "Lost Levels"?

I've been looking for a FDS conversion of Super Mario Bros 2 (J) as a NES ROM. I want one with a proper title screen reading "Super Mario Bros. 2".

The best ROM one I've been able to find so far has a blank title area. I know that one exists with the full title screen - it has just managed to elude me thus far. If anyone has it, could you please be so kind to share it / provide a link / tell me which set it is part of? Or even the ROM name should be enough. Thanks.

Best one I know of that's publically available is loopy's MMC3 hack http://home.comcast.net/~olimar/NES/

Otherwise, the only one that accurately recreates the game 1:1 is bunnyboy/retrousb's cart, which accomplishes it by using a hardware reimplementation of the necessary FDS hardware on the cart.
