Ever since ditching my Sidewinder for a Roccat Kone XTD, I find my hand getting sore after one 90m match on CS:GO. I thought it was just me getting older and not play games for some time, but I notice my little finger rubbing on the mouse pad. Along with my wrist getting really sore. Read numerous reviews saying this mouse is good for large hands but it really isn't. It's too narrow for me. Wouldn't recommend a Roccat product either. One of the LEDs died in it and took me 3 months just to get a replacement. Roccat didn't want to do anything about it, neither did the store I bought it from. However laws in Australia are mainly on a customer side when something is faulty. I've read lots of reviews on Cougar and Corsair. Cougar seems to have malfunctioning mouse buttons and wheels. Corsair seem to have failure just after the 2 year warranty. I have a K95 keyboard and Corsair are just cheapskates with repairs and returns. They're in Taiwan or something and expect you to pay for shipping both ways.. lol. Not really sure what else is there to even look at.
How large are your hands? I've been using a 30$ logitech mouse for the past couple of months and having the same kinda of issues even though it is bigger than most. Things just havent been the same since my old mouse died unexpectedly
Is a trackball an option? I don't use them myself, but my cousin used one for years even for gaming and he loved it. Logitech ones are huge:
