I have personally messaged assembler a few times in the past couple of months in regards to doing a fundraiser release for an Xbox 360 prototype game. Game was released publicly about five or six years ago the game in question is the saboteur. Have a build dated a year and a half before retail it is a rather large build approximately 12 to 15 gigs........ Can I get an official OK from any admin or moderators please if this is considered OK

I never got a response from Kevin unfortunately

I suggest asking HEXAGON or Borman regarding this.

As someone who just did a fundraiser (which I regret immensely due to how stressful that was but all is going smoothly now) I have to warn you, it's going to be a stressful time. By all means try, but keep in mind your options, audience, signal boosting, and how you're going to manage the handling of it. If you're going to do a fundraiser you can use various sites, but also account for the % cut they get for using their site (gofundme takes 5% for example so if you needed 1000 you'd need 1053 total to get the 1000 with 5% in mind).
