Hello everyone, Just thought I'd introduce myself before I started posting. A friend of mine pointed me in your direction so I had a quick look and it seems like a great forum with some interesting people. I am a gamecube and Zelda collector. I am going for a complete collection of both (knowing the Zelda collection will be never ending) so if you have any interesting items or just spare items give me a shout and we can work something out. I just turned 23 and Live in Bradford, England. Thats me anyway. Take care all. Kiff
nice to have you here. i hope you'll contribute to the community. by the way we have an actual topic for introductions, and is here: http://www.assemblergames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1614 make sure to introduce yourself there too. also make sure you read our few rules, expecially the marketplace one. karsten
I scoured the board for an Indroduction thread too but couldnt find one (I knew I should have brought my glasses this morning). I will take this thread to the right place now. I have read all the rules but I will re-read them now, don't want to upset people by mistake. Thanks again pal
Welcome to the boards Kiff - I think your avatar kind of explained your passions pretty much! Parris - old - UK ;-)
Make yourself at home - there's some spare seats by the roaring log fire if you like in the hunting lodge. *hands Kiff the complimentary pipe and slippers*
Cool! Nice to see someone going for some interesting collections. I assume you've seen the recent flood of 'cubes in Gamestation?
Well to be honest I was a retro (Mainly sms and neo geo) collector until I played Resident Evil 4 on the cube, that got me hooked. I started picking up games very cheap from car boots/ EBay and then the wii was released with its damn backwards compatability and that shot the prices sky high. Since then I have slowed down alot and I am back to trawling EBay for mispelt and badly listed games. I haven't checked gamestation out for a long time now, when ever I used to go in they never had anything or they did have some cool things but at very un-cool prices (£50 for Phantasy Star on SMD, I doubt it). I have to nip into Bradford town centre on Saturday, as much as I hate to do so, so I will check gamestation out. Cheers.
