They are going to run in to major issues as the game is a copy of the original and is going to infringe on their copyright laws...

My opinion is that they will have issues because they havent got a license for wat they are doing... I dont see anything too special about the gfx... sure its a nice idea to develop the game but really its more trouble then making up a new rpg with a good story...
