Well, I just found that my family was gonna throw an old computer it's not being used anymore, but I decided to keep it to play older games (mainly games that use DirectX 7 and lower, which in some cases don't work with Windows 7) making it dualboot with Windows 98 and XP.

However, I heard about Windows's Remote Desktop and similar software and I thought it would be great if I could just add this old computer to my home network so I can play older games without needing to set up another whole computer set (I don't have so many free space in my room).

Is it possible to use Remote desktop (or any other app) to play hardware accelerated 3D games remotely using a LAN network? Or if it's not possible, is there any other way to do it? (in this case I'd appreciate a little help, I don't know much about networking)

    Thanks in advance :)
