Haha, never thougth I will hear of Sango Fighter again. It was indeed fun on DOS already and the voices added a great atmosphere.

But it wasnt great enough to keep it playing endless like Street Fighter.

Still, thanks a lot for sharing this video, makign me remember the old days! :'D

    p.s.
now browsing for a'can games on eBay...only 3 pricy titles. :)

No problem! glad you'd enjoyed it :) I wished there DOS counterparts were more common as A'Can emulation is sorta non-existent to the public compared to DOSBox

I'd like to confirm with whoever runs the database that I linked to that the ROMs are actually not available. These games are nigh irreplaceable, so having them sent out, breaking the sticker so they can be opened (?), just doesn't sit well with me.

Also, this seems like as good as time as any to show off my collection

Probably Ruten, right? :D That's where I got my stuff back in the day. A'can doesn't show up there much these days, but anyone wanting a console can at least find a good deal there as opposed to some schmuck on eBay trying to rip you off for hundreds of dollars when you can get one for under $100 direct from Taiwan.

I sure wish there was more to get excited about with this system. All games are known, only four of them personally are anything of interest, and I don't think any prototypes or anything else neat related to the system's history are going to be showing up anytime soon.

If that pool game isn't dumped I'd definitely send it out. Looks like you got more than enough copies :p I won't hold it against you not wanting to break the seals though. I was hesitant at first with my CIB brand new copy of Super Dragon Force when I first got it, but the battery inside the cart had died anyway meaning I'd never get to play it fully, so I broke the seal only to find out they soldered the damn CR2032 battery inside of it. I just relented it's not worth keeping to myself and went ahead and sent it to Kevtris for dumping. I'm still hoping all carts are dumped someday since it would be really nice to see it fully emulated and preserved. Even that piece of crap Rebel Star thing deserves to be playable for future generations.
