Nintendo blocks the Action Replay with the actual firmware and the swap trick doesn't work anymore.

I have the japanese version of F-Zero GX (GameCube). The onscreen menu text is missing on a PAL GameCube or Wii system. However there is an Action Replay code which makes the menu visible.

Originally I used the swap trick to run the Action Replay on my Wii and then started the game with the necessary cheatcodes. However this does not work anymore.

I installed the homebrew channel and the current release of gecko os to boot gamecube games. However F-Zero GX is missing the onscreen menu text. Therefore I need to enable that Action Replay cheatcodes.

Is there any way to use (Action Replay) cheat codes for Gamecube games on the Wii?

    What I tried already:
    - boot Action Replay via GeckoOS, GCBoot and similar apps failed
    - Ocarina cheatcode engine does not work with gamecube games
    - WiiRD for USBgecko does not work with gamecube games
