The girl was wanting to replay some of her RPG's, but doesn't want to spend 0935995 hours doing so, and wants an Action Replay so I was going to get her one, but the thing is almost all her games are PS1, but she has a PS2. Can the Action Replays for PS2 do PS1 cheats as well?

I've seen Gamesharks do it before, so I don't see why not

The Gameshark (at least the original versions) actually used two different disks, depending on whether you wanted to play PS1 or PS2 games. Unfortunately, you could not add codes for the PS1; you were stuck with the code set that came on the disk.

From what I remember, neither the AR nor the AR Max would do PS1 codes.
