I need something simple, only 1 input SCART and 2 outputs SCART.
For input of the power adapter can be USB or jack.
Please do not confuse this with passive adapters that don't have power adapter to fed two TVs for example.
Does someone have a diagram/schematic how to make such an adapter?

    Thanks!

Take a look at application notes for op amps from your preferred vendor. You'll find all the details you need to make a splitter and simply need to make as many of then as you need for however many lines you're going to use.

Id suggest running the signals from the scart input to the Inputs of 2 video amps. Just need a 75 ohm resistor to ground on each of the inputs as well.

Going to be simpler to design, if a little more expensive on components vs op amps.

I have a SCART something like this: https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/21J8QNNQC9L.jpg (no button or something to switch between the input ports; inside the adapter all the connection are 1:1)
How I can adapt that SCART to make an active spliiter?
Someone tried it before to connect it to two TVs and the image began to decay; image began to darken...
