Adjusting pot - dvd laser Playstation 2 SCPH 77004

Hy! I want to know how to adjust the dvd pot on my Playstation 2 using a multimeter.
Can anyone post some pictures to view where I need to use the multimeter (on what points) to read the ohm values?

Have you tried Google, that's how I learnt.

The fat and slim lasers are all pretty much the same, some have DVD written on the pots and others don't.

 

First the 77004 version is the slim line.
Second, I don't know on what solder points from the pot or the "motherboard" to put the multimeter to read the ohm values of the laser (I know where is the dvd pot on the "motherboard" laser).
