i went into my local game shop, and spoted a good condition saturn import called 'Clockwork Knight'. looked pretty interesting on the back, but i wasnt sure if $10 was a good price for the game, so i put it back. was this a wise decision? or should i drive screaming though every red light on the way there?
Well thats a very good price, but theres also a us version of it so its not that rare, depending on where you look it can be that cheap elsewhere.
It is a fine game, as is its brother (i wouldnt really call clockworknight 2 a sequel), some neat graphics and gameplay, reminds me of a few stages on Mickeys Castle of Illusion. The jap versions can be had for next to nothing, i picked both CWK games up with 2 others for under £10.
If you are after a godd 2d game for the saturn buy legend of Thor(oasis in the USA) or Sillohuette Mirage or the amazing Nights into Dreams.Clockwork Knight is ok but far too short imo,It would have been a classic if it had been harder and longer.
:douga that hard and long enough 4 ya? ;-) Clockwork Knight is a good, cheap game. Clockwork Knight 2 is rarer (in the UK at least). $10 isn't a bad price. Uhhmm, when a game comes out after another game of the same title but with a 2 in front of it, (usually made by the same company) then it is a sequel!!! Final Fantasy 2 is different from Final Fantasy 3.... is different from FF7....... are they not sequels, then?
