Does anyone know what is up with this game? I've seen this game being sold on ebay quite a few times. I wonder if its just one guy who managed to buy a stack of carts, or would it be someone who burns some roms? Either way i havent seen any roms for Airball or am i looking in the wrong places... Well if anyone here can dump it i'd be happy to acquire it (as i'd like to have a dump for it). Send me a message if you can and maybe we can arrange something.
This is an older prototype with several (5 or 6 legit) copies floating around for years. Rumor was that you couldn't copy it and this past year a prototype sold for BIG bucks (well 650 or so) and then these started poping up one after another. Anyway there might have been some truth to the rumor. It might be a tough game to backup and someone figured it out and is keeping the secret to himself as he sells off copy after copy.
Well i'll just get it then and have a go at it with some homebrew copier. If i cant work it out i'll try to find someone more knowledgable since i just want this one dumped.
He sold quite some repro's if you look at his feedback. Also unreleased games, Dragon Wars and California Raisins.
If the game is acquired and no-one here can dump it, it could be sent to The GURU http://www.mameworld.net/gurudumps/ If he cant dump it with his huge collection of dumping gear, it probobly truely IS undumpable
Well its dumped but I don't think the ROM is released and I don't think the guy who dumped it is interested in released the ROM if he can sell copies.
