Very sexy... might have to get this... Ill just have to hope someone patches all the none VGA games GO GO Mr. Cake!!!

 

Thankfully I have a gdemu and running gdmenu which allows you to make the game vga compatible

 

Yeah really tempted to get one of these, will go nicely with my GDEemu. Loving that in 2017 people are still making awesome mods for the Dreamcast!

I am checking the GDEmu blog daily for a chance to order a unit. The time difference between California and Poland is significant. Based on how quick the Phoebe orders were turned off during night-time (for me) after only a short while makes me nervous that a GDEmu may not be in my future T_T

 

I just placed my pre-order, I'm looking forward to using it.

 

Any lag test comparison from this to VGA? I'm just curious about the analog to digital conversion, if it adds any.

 

Since it doesn't upscale the video, there isn't.

 

What about the analog to digital conversion? It is converting a VGA analog signal to digital HDMI.

 

@beharius Will tracking number be provided when shipped?

My guess, it's somewhere along the line of a OSSC, which is close to nothing.

I own a OSSC, and I'm currently using it with a Dreamcast, so I'm curious to see any discernible differences, in lag, if any.

Hey, are you guys going to get more stock up for preorder? I held off ordering because you said earlier in the thread the release would not be limited and you'd have plenty of stock but now I'm not so sure...

Ok was just worried this was another AVS/NT Mini situation, everything else on your store/shopping cart still works and is available for purchase so I do find the comment kinda weird. Thanks for the update.

 

There is a high demand for the Akura and the intermediary payment company saw taking preorders as a risk. They put a monthly limit for undelivered preorders. We have exceeded that limit multiple times more. So we can continue to take orders from next month. I know it's ridiculous. We will find an alternative solution in a few months.

Just to be absolutely clear, those pictures you posted are units that have been stolen from your lab? When did the theft occur? Only two are missing? I will keep my eye out.

As long as theres plenty available to purchase when it releases it's totally fine as I can pay anytime before then. Good to hear you guys are selling through the roof, and eagerly awaiting any other new products (other systems?) you may do in the future. Thanks again.
