The J-R Programmer v2 has the correct signal lines 3v3, ground, TCK, TDO, TDI, TMS for programming via the LC4032V's JTAG port; however, not sure what capabilities the programmer's software has to write and verify the SVF file to the CPLD.
Hardware should be compatible for JTAG i think. I havent found any info about SVF programming, only XSVF.
The JRunner software's specifically written for Altera CPLD's (XSVF format files) on the Coolrunners for Xbox 360 RGH. Do you have a J-R Programmer? You could try connecting it to the PC and running Lattice's Programming software to see if it recognizes it. If you don't have one, there are Lattice USB programmers available on eBay.
Yes, i have J-R Programmer v2 (to program X360 chips). Lattice software = ispVM? How can i check if it recognizes it? I ordered hw-usbn-2a from ebay, but i want try it this way before it arrive.
Start the Lattice software and plug in the J-R Programmer. I'd think it would show up if recognizing this as a valid programmer. Not sure it will though. ispVM is probably looking for a specific ID from their programmers to be used with their ispVM software.
