Hello guys, i have extracted single files (video and pics) from Alan Wake Bonus disc. Unfortunatley, audio file is compressed in .XWB. When i uncompressed it with "unxwb" i get 5 strange "wav" audio files. If i import it on audacity like "raw", i just listen noise. How can i transform it in classic WAV or MP3 file? Thanks
http://www.xbox-hq.com/html/article1761.html&mode=thread&order=1&thold=0 1. you could try this one (just another program do de-compress *xwb files) 2.I don´t know of any Program that directly converts the files to mp3 or similar (*xwb files are simply an archive which contains sound files in various formats, although I've never seen one with mp3 in it) 3.try another audio program? maybe simply Windows media player or VLC Media Player?
Don't remember the exact audio track count, but when I did some Xbox 360 game audio rips for some FMVs at one point in time, I ended up with a multitude of streams (iirc; left, right, center, back right and back left). I went for the simple solution of just merging them all with audacity to get a "complete" mix.
I have that software. When i use it, i get some strange WAV files, not classic. So i just listen noise, nothing more.
