First of all, I got my PSP Value Pack with Spiderman 2 & 2 games. Then, I upgraded to 1.51, so I couldn't play any homebrew games. :-( Then, I had troubles with many dead pixels on my screen, so I was able to return my PSP & get a new one. Yay, 1.50! Now, I have suddenly realized mine did not come with a Spiderman 2 UMD disc. :smt022What the heck man! What am I to do now? I had paid the same price before for it with Spiderman 2, now this one I got does not include Spiderman 2...
unless your really really want to worry about watching spidey 2 on your psp...just let it go..you finally got the system you want with the firmware and screen that you looked for.
yeah really, im lucky mine still works but sadly i havent seen any game really worth buying for it, and the homebrew scene is slow atm, i was ticked to that the one i got didnt come with spiderman, whats even lamer is the fact that the demo that comes with it is nothing but movie clips, no game demos, how can sony be so cheap.
Ya, just picked up a PSP this weekend. There were no 1.50 available so I'm stuck with 1.51 till its hacked. Then again im kinda liking the idea of the 2.0 release this week with the built in browser, so I dont know what I would rather more. The browser or the chance to play homebrew in the future ? Or hell maby they will crack 2.0 first ...uggg cant decide what to do.
I started creating a (beta) downgrade of the update file. I got it to show up and attempt to install on a 1.51 system, but in the middle, it gave a corrupt file message. I think I lost the file when I forgot to delete it from my original PSP mem card & exchanged my PSP.
