   (The code for Beta quest with a gameshark.)
   The only two I know are Burning Kakariko and the Triforce in the Castle.

   I remember a pseudo sky temple, IIRC you go to the entrance of kakarico village in hyrule field then use the moonjump code using L button to get up to the temple.
